Today my status updated and it says that they order my EAD card

before that i received an RFE for i-864 which they received on sept 6

my question is does this mean that my response was approved or there still a probability to get another
    rfe?

i would love to hear your input

An Approval action usually follows an RFE response very fast. But there is always a possibility that a second RFE might pop up for some othe rissue.

Everyone is saying how if you get an RFE then it resets your PD date and delays everything. But in your case it seems like it didn't delay anything. You got your EAD like two weeks after your RFE was received...
          What's your take?

I guess it depends on the RFE but it does reset the PD date from the original to the date USCIS receives the RFE response. In some cases an RFE is sent out early in the process because it may hinder USCIS moving forward, say not enough information on the birth certificate or no certificate at all. Anything that they really need in order to start the process, or basically if you are missing something that was stated to include in the instructions, then that is a big and important RFE which definitely will reset your PD. If it a small thing, then it may not delay it but the RFE might serve as the bottleneck that keeps them from finishing on the process for EAD or interview notice.

That is just my thought on it. I haven't received an RFE but my process is taking almost 110 days (PD 6/5, bio 6/28) and I have not received my EAD or interview notice yet. Submitted a case inquiry 9/2, and in the e-mail it stated that I will receive a response 9/24. So far online it says the inquiry has not been assigned yet.
