Do I have to add my old D/S form to i-485?

Hi everyone,
Almost done with everything but wanted to make sure. Got married to USC this July. Came to US as a J1 and applied for B2 for 2 times after my J1 expired.
My question is; do I have to add a copy of my old D/S form and B2 visa receipts from USCIS ?

I applied with the same situation as yours back in March, The lawyer that prepared my packet made copies of the D/S.
I do not know if that is a MUST but he submitted it as well.

He must have his reasons why he did that. I came here on a B-2 Visa, which I got in 2016, I did not send any copy of my application. I did send copy of my visa though. Had my interview today, no question ask about my D/S.
