What Does This Case Status Mean?

Hey all!
I am being super impatient and would rather ask here before we get the mail! My husband and I had his interview back in May and on the spot the officer stated she needed more documention. Upon receiving the request the following week, we submitted the dox immediately. Since May we have been waiting with no change in case status, nothing. I checked today and it states "New Card is Being Produced". Does this mean his case was officially approved?! I was expecting for it to say that a decision was made or something. 🤔
