Hello,
I am US Citizen marrying in India to an Indian citizen next year. We will do civil ceremony and my fiance will go back to Australia to finish up her bachelor's. She will be graduating in July of 2018. My questions:
Can my fiance do her medical and interview in Australia? Does she have to come to India for this?
I will be filing for I-130 in end of Feb.
How long does it take to get interview notice, after I-130 is processed?
Can I notarized "No Objection Letter" here in US or do I have to do this at US Embassy in India? Is this document mandatory for Civil Marriage?
What other documents do I need for civil ceremony?
