Hi everyone, please my spouse isn't earning up to the required income to live above the poverty threshold. None of her few family members are willing to sponsor us out of envy and jealousy.please is there any kind-hearted soul to advise or help us out of this dilemma? Everything is ready...only thing missing is a co-sponsor for i-864 to enable us file our papers. Thank you.

If you apply for adjustment of status and employment authorization, you might receive employment authorization before you receive an RFE for deficient affidavit of support. At that point, you could have a job and include the intending immigrants wages in the updated affidavit of support you submit in response to the RFE.
