Hi folks, Pls I would like to know the correct response for question #16 of Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization: Eligibility Category: who may file form. What is the correct answer? I am filing Adjustment of status under marriage. I came here with B2 visa. I wrote C9 but I am not quite sure.
