Hi folks, pls what should be the correct respo se to this question:the beneficiary is in the United States and will apply for AOS to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in: city or town. Should i write Norfolk Virginia . I live in Virginia. Or should i fill Chicago which is the CIS Service Centre having jurisdiction over my place of residence? Thanks.
