well basically that reply was to let u know they've recieved ur case but at the moment it has not been assigned to be reviewed yet

I made 2 service request myself 10 days a part but before I made the second 1 I contacted my congress representative and like 2 days after my second service request I got and email that my EAD was approved... Both service request has not being assigned yet so I am assuming that my congress representative got thru to them or it was just my time... Got that email on the 95 day after filing

Thanks for your time talking to me. I guess you didnt recive an RFIE. I guess its the RFIE thats slowing my case. It's frustrating but i'll just wait.

I didn't received any RFIE... My wife and I went over those documents dozens of time 😂 but it was all worth it hopefully it remains the same heading into the i-130 and i-485 completions
