Traveling after AOS interview and before receiving green card

Dear All,

I need some good suggestion from you. I already left USA on advance parole and I have AOS interview in second week of October.

I am coming back to USA only for AOS interview. My case is marriage based and it is genuine marriage.

Can I leave USA again after appearing in Interview? Do they stamp my passport with I-551 after Interview?

Please give me some good suggestion. I am really worried.

Personally I would not travel after interview until i get green card. While nothing legally stops you from traveling on AP I worry about case being denied while you are away and can not come back to appeal or refile.

If you are approve on spot you can ask to get you passport stamp with I-551. If you are not approved on spot I suggest you wait until you are approve before travel, because if for whatever reason your were denied AOS While you are traveling that will immediately void your Advance Parole.
