  • Question about Form 131 please

Hello. I am filling out Form 131 (Advanced Parole)

Is it possible to concurrently file this even though dont have travel plans?

I don't know what to write on Part 4(Proposed Travel) and Part 7 Question Number 1. (Explain how i qualify for advanced parole)

    Hope someone can help

    Thankss

You do not have complete Part 4 if you are applying for adjustment of status in connection with a pending application to adjust status

      Absolutely

You shouldn't get there. If you look on the form it says for non-DACA Advance Parole, to skip from the middle of Part 3 to Part 7.

Part 7 question 1 asks "one trip" or "more than one trip" (you would just select "more than one trip"). I think you are referring to the sentences before question 1. You don't need to do anything for that. It says "see instructions", and if you see the instructions, it says to attach a written explanation "or" for AOS applicants, to attach the I-485 receipt. The "or" means if you provide one of them, you don't need to provide the other. If you are filing concurrently with I-485, you don't even need to provide a receipt (it is implied from the concurrent I-485), so you don't need to attach anything at all.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
