Change of Job or Loss of job during Green Card Eb1 self sponsored

My current situation:
Current Visa H1B
I-140 approved under EB1 Extra Ordinary (EO) ability
I-485/EAD filed in October 2017
Date is current for Eb1 EO Indian Nationals

What happens if I lose my job in few weeks or I change my job.

If I lose my job:
Would I need to re initiate any steps for my self sponsored EB1 green card?
Do I need to have my H1B if I485 is filed but I am waiting on EAD?

If I change my job:
Since my green card petition is self sponsored, can I change my job while waiting on EAD? OR not?
Would we need to file for a new I140?
