This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

there is many people here that waited 6-12 months for K1 visa and then another 6-12 months for AOS to come through WITHOUT being able to work .
You are one of the very fortunate people that were able to work while AOS is in process , be thankful 🙂

So please, refrain from making judgements on whether I am antsy or not and if I am, whether I have the right or not. We are all antsy, frustrated and our patience is fried.Forms sent 6/2

I was just saying in general. Prepare well for your interview and everything will work out fine. You can always tell the IO if they dont approve on the spot to issue you the work authorization if not ready to approve you right then and there. Have read about this few time already on this forum . They have that power

Also think early walk ins have a very little effect on the overall progress. Its totally random who gets what status update or interview notice besides from the ones that get RFEs

[QUOTE=Walbrzyszanka21;527788]How do you know you were approved? Some people on the forum say the officer told them that they were approved but then they have been waiting for over a week and no GC.
He told us we were approved an give us a notice of conditional permanent resident, which states the date I have been admitted and when I should file to remove condition, with filed office director signature stamp.
