I am on L1 and my wife is on L2. What should be the Application Type?

First and foremost, are you applying for adjustment of status through marriage? In order for that to happen, either one of you has to be a US citizen. If one of you is a permanent resident, you can do AOS but you have to wait until the date is current based on the chart.
