U Visa
On 15th December 2014 USCIS received my Uncle Petition for U-Visa Category. He was Victim of getting robbed and Assaulted. His Family Back in India got the finger print done first in Chandigarh and second time in US embassy New Delhi(Which was requested by USCIS). When we Look at the Status case its still show up that we have received your Case.
Now on 25th of September He was working in the store and He got Shot in the store.
He is in Hospital and Survived. Is it any way we can apply for his wife for Visitor Visa to visit him.

Also Second Question is Should we Submit Police Report and his Doctor Report to USCIS Will it make it Prioritize his case ?
If 1st Question can be possible what Document should we send?
