Application Sent Back Due to Incorrect Checks Fees

Guys,

I am mortified. They sent my application back for the wrong check fees. I am out of town also which makes it worst. Can you please help me and verify the correct amounts for the checks or money orders so it does not happen again?

I-130 $535
I-465 $1,140 + $85 Biometrics fee (I sent only $1,140. Should I send check for $1,225 or two separate checks?) Note: I am 26 years old.
I-765 $410

u are not suppose to pay for i-765 iyts free, den its i-485 and $1,225 not i-465 and on the i-130 u are correct

I-765 - free if you have filed with i-485 or i-485 pending.

The biometric fee MUST be paid. That is include $85.

Please make sure you wrote the right code for form on check. You have I465, should it be I-485?

My hubby sent one check with total sum. He listed each form and the dollar figure on bottom of check. We had no RFE. Please double check USCIS website for the figure.

If you are filing I765 with the I485 do not send fee for I765 they will return the package. Once you file I485 the I765 is free.
So you need to pay fee for I130, I485 and BIOMETRIC FEE.

I made a similar mistake. If you're applying concurrently, I-765 is free. Just take that $410 out and you're good to go. Good luck!
