Married for two years, will I still get conditional GC

Don't be surprised if it's even February . I'm hoping for my EAD before February...I want to take my husband out on his Valentine's day bday

I am hoping for some good news before the holidays, but I know that I am pushing it. I told hubby that he might get an interview date before he even receive his EAD.

Which brings me to my next question: if you have been married for two years at the time of the interview, will they still give GC with conditional status?

Hey Hun based on answers from this forum and uscis, he will get 10 years. This is even supported by the fact that the adjudication for the marriage based i-485 doesn't take place until the interview. So what matters is the marriage length at the time of the interview.

HI Guys, Please help me on this, and did anyone receive like this?
My lawyer filed i485, I765, I131 on OCT 6 2017 from state MA and on OCT 24 I received letter saying "Reject notice" because a visa is not immediately available for your priority date" according to Oct 2017 visa bulletin the dates for EB3 is JAN 2008 and my priority date is AUG 2007. I totally don't understand whats going on here, and any one come across this situation.
Please help and put here your suggestions.

Do you have any updates? I suggest calling and speaking to an agent to find out why your application was rejected.

October filer here. Filing concurrently from Louisiana for my husband without a lawyer.

Here's our progress:

Married: 8/18/17

Package Sent: 10/16
Delivered: 10/18
Received (PD): 10/19
Emails Received: 10/27 (late at night)
Status Changed to "Biometrics Fee Received": 10/28

Checks cashed: 10/30
Receipts Received:11/2
Biometric Appointment (11/16) Received: 11/3

I'm hoping he'll go do a walk in on Monday (11/6), but he didn't sound like he wanted to go without me. I won't be able to go with him until Thursday (11/9). I guess either way will cut down our time a little, hopefully.

I did have a question regarding priority dates. I see a lot of people saying they requested a priority date. I wish for my application to be as fast as possible but I did not select a priority date since I thought it did not apply to me. Does this mean that my process will be slower than others?

I have a similar timeline to yours and was friking out that I cannot see my case status online (it says I have a wrong number, but this is not true) and have not received an invitation for Biometrics Appointment yet. I have called to USCIS office a few minutes ago and they said it's fine that I don't have my invitation for biometrics yet, and the officer said he has the same error as I do regarding my Case Status. He said I should just wait and that everything is fine.. Yeah, right...... I asked to transfer my call to a second level representative. That guy said that I actually have a biometrics appointment scheduled next Tuesday!! He said he can see that the invitation for my biometrics have actually been sent my way on 10/27/17!

This is so ridiculous! You should definitely call USCIS and ask to speak to a second level representative and see if your mail have been lost as mine!! Best wishes!

I’m glad you found out in good timing. Level 1 representatives do not have access to information so it’s always good to ask for. A second tier if needed. I just got my case status updated online to accepted since a few days ago it showed wrong number too.
