So my case status has not changed. PD is 10/12/17, its been 99 days now, still no EAD or AP.
SR on 01/02/18-- hasn't yield any results, hasn't even been assigned to anyone.
Hubby wants to wait it out, so that's what we are doing.

SG 12/26/2017
Congressman 12/29/2017
Expedited based on Job , presently in H1B
My expedite accepted on 1/3/2018
Still now no response
Called the Call center and faced most rude agent who just hung up on my call as I requested to speak to L2

What can i do ? My job will not sponsor H1B completely lost now.. This forum just helps me to keep my calm ,really need some advice here guys

Hey Evandro. We have the same timeline. My Pd is 10/16/17 and i also got my EAD card from the mail today. Im applying from Virginia. Can we keep in touch so that we can update each other since we have the same timeline?

Yeah i guess...Raising SR don’t seem to be effective in our cases...I read people reaching out their congressmen...Not sure how this works and what the results will be...

Eddi I read that too, it seems that congressmen and ombudsman liaison get info on the status...but I don't know if they expedite the process. I am still waiting for a response for the SR filed 01/02 (30 day wait smh). I have a couple friends that filed before me and it took them over 100 days to get EADs. So hopefully we get some updates in this week

I see.I have some friends that filed in November, 2017 and already got approved for EAD (NBC center),so i guess every case is different.Let’s hope we’ll get something.Best of luck to us

I noticed that they have updated their website processing time. Now they are processing July's applications, which I find odd because in November, the website states that they were processing September's applications. But majority of applicants receive their EADs by the 95th day, so it looks like we have some time time to wait...unfortunately

I remember seeing the November processing time for NBC at September applications as well. The fact that NBC retrogressed is worrying.

I just want to ask with regards to the informeddelivery of usps. If i register to the current address i have does it mean that the only mail i will be able to trace are the mails under my name? Or all the incoming mails to the address?
