Congrats! Remember that it's not a renewal. You are removing conditions. The instructions state to include evidence of bona fide marriage since the date of the marriage. Even if you submitted X, Y, Z for AOS, you would still submit it. This application is processed at a Service Center and they won't have access to the evidence of bona fide marriage that you submitted for AOS. Bookmark this link. https://www.immihelp.com/forum/showt...346#post582346 It has a really solid example of how to organize your evidence of bona fide marriage for your I-751 Removal of conditions - filing.

        All the best,

might be worth posting the link your other thread as well, who knows, they might appreciate them front loading evidence when they go to remove conditions. :-)

                • How are October 2017 filers doing?

I saw that a few July 2017 people had interviews scheduled on the July 2017 thread.

How about you October 2017 people? My wife and I are still enduring this agonizing wait.

                              • EAD expedite experience

                                Good morning everybody,

I hope February will be a good month for us, October filers
I am writing this post to share my experience but mainly to ask for your opinions.

Last year an incident led me to the Emergency room. Of course, the bill was **** *nomical. After that I needed more investigation and treatment that requested a higher financial effort.
Because physically and mentally I was able to work (but not legally), me and my husband started exploring for options. So we decided to try our luck and go with the request to have the EAD expedited. Believe me that I hate cutting off people in lines, but at that moment I decided my health was more important.

After I had my biometrics taken, I applied for the expedite request. The status on the USCIS account soon changed to "On December 4, 2018, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1BxxxxxxxMSC." They sent me the letter asking for proof and on December 14th I sent them the hospital bill and also a job offer that I had on behalf of a company.
After that, no update, no anything regarding this case.

I almost lost my hope on this because I know there is a huge backlog on expedite requests, and I treated myself as I could.

However, on Monday 01/28 I decided to give them a phone call just to ask them about my biometrics: are they completed? The Tier 1 officer said they don't have these information.
I said whatever...so I decided to also ask about my expedite request. The girl was surprised I hadn't received any answer to it, since it was almost 2 months, and transferred my case to a Tire 2 officer that was supposed to call me (but never did).

When I logged into my USCIS account the second day, 01/29, the history for the i765 was the following:

                                01/28/2019
On January 28, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1B3xxxxxMSC, was completed.

                                01/28/2019
On January 28, 2019, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1BxxxxxMSC.

                                01/28/2019
On January 28, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1BxxxxxMSC, was assigned to an officer for response."

My question is: will I receive something in the mail? I'm not saying my expedite request was approved, because it would be ridiculous to be solved from one day to another. Also, the status for the i765 is still stuck at "we received your form".
Waiting for your opinions on this

                                My timeline is:
                                PD on 10/19/2018, i130, i485, i765, c(9)
                                Had my Biometrics on 11/23/2018
Received an RFE on 01/08/2019 for my i485, I delivered the response to them on the 21st of January and the app updated its status with "On January 23, 2019, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxx. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again."
                                105 days since PD
                                No update on the biometrics.
                                PD to Chicago, IL: 10/19/2018
                                3 NOA's received 11/02/2018
                                Biometrics appointment: 11/23/2018
                                RFIE requested: 01/08/2019
Response to RFIE delivered on 01/23/2019
Status for i-485 updated on 01/24/2019: "Response to RFIE received, we will start working on your case again...etc."

Status for i-765 and i-130 still at "Case received".
