I have filed to Chicago lockbox as well and my PD is 10/16/17. I did my biometrics on 11/14/17.
Can't wait for some knd of update from them regarding AP/EAD card, LOL.

Online case update...unreliable

Guys, idk if i'm wrong but has anyone noticed that from November 16/17 give or take, there hasn't been any update from USCIS on any of the cases based on the case tracker app. Instead a lot of people getting EAD approvals in mail (late August and Early September filers) without the online case update. I'm wondering if we can just assume that the system is down or that they just haven't updated it since that final week before Thanksgiving. Either way doesn't this show you can't really trust the app or the online updates lol.

Prob true.. i filed sept 11th and got my EAD last week without any updates. I dont care really, maybe it was better, i had a sweet surprise in my mailbox!! Its still on case received. Therefore, im checking my mailbox for interview letter more than the online tracker🤔😊

You response helped me. I was getting a bit worried but I’m fine now. I filed in October, specifically 6. I did my fingerprint on November 6. My status online hasn’t changed since that time. It still shows case received and fingerprint fee received.
I’m still waiting.

Haven't heard anything yet.. but my PD is 10/24. Did my bios on 11/17 (walked in. originally scheduled for 11/22).

We haven't heard anything yet. PD is 10/19. He did biometrics on 11/13 as a walk in, his date was 11/24, but we were going to be out of town for Thanksgiving. Our case status hasn't changed yet either! Hopefully we all get our EADs soon!!

Same here too! I filed in October, 6. Did my biometric Nov. 6. That’s all. Not heard anything again and the online status hasn’t updated. I’m thinking we will hear from them in January.
