October Submission

Has anyone been able to see their case online that you filed in October? I called and they said they just haven’t updated the system. I was wondering if it’s unique to my case.

Yes I can, but you not missing out on anything. The last set of updates was on Nov 17, 2017. Since then nothing...the trend is people getting approvals without the online updates.

Haven't heard anything yet.. but my PD is 10/24. Did my bios on 11/17 (walked in. originally scheduled for 11/22).

Another update too...I went ahead and applied for the AP, my grandma back in Jamaica had a heart attack on Saturday...I was completely depressed, so my hubby said let's apply for the AP. And thats exactly what we did, it should be delivered today. So in a couple weeks I should be able to update you guys on the progress for AP.

Just applied for I131 after my October submission. Just wondering what the time limit is on that. We are planning to go on vacation overseas in June 2018. Do you think we will get it by then???

I don’t think there’s a time limit. You can submit it as long as you have a pending I-485. It takes about 3-4 months. You should get it before June.

hey guys i received my ead approval today!!!!! I'm so excited and guess what the card should be with me by end of the week. It is being shipped from corbin, ky.
