How can I submit I-693 in person?

Hi guys,
I finally got the RFE letter after almost 3 moths of wait, after my interview. What happened was that when i filed was Sept of 2016 and when i got my interview on August 2017 i have been told that i was missing the new gonorrhea test that they had just introduce not too long ago. And in the miss of that my all medicals overall expired so i had to wait for a RFE letter.
Now that i finally got it i would like to drop it off in person instead of sending it by mail. I don't want to take a chance that they take too long to see it so i want to drop t off. Anybody know what i have to do?

I'm not sure if you can. Also, it is better to send it certified because then you have a receipt that it was delivered.
Maybe someone else has more knowledge on this topic.
