Hi everyone body.
I'm new to this website but long time I have read the information everyone has written.

I want to share my journey with everyone too. I recently submitted the change of status from student visa via marriage to USC (my husband).


10/16/2017 all change documents were accepted by CHYBA Chicago, IL Lockbox

Seems like it takes about 10 days to receive the notice of receive. I will update according.

Few questions, will the USCIS send/mail all notice and documents to my attorney if we filled out the attorney representation form? Or to my home address
Also my attorney told us that Atlanta field office take about 9 months form PD to interview. Anybody can confirm this??

I don't know about Atlanta, but I do know about the forms. My lawyers and I have both received copies of notices. Which is nics, because you don't have to worry about missing or wrongly delivered mail. Good Luck.
Also, there is an october filers board that you can post as well. Its nice to see hoe people progress from the same filing time. Also check previous months boards. I see other people filing from Atlanta. That might be useful to find someone who can answer your field office questions.
