So I'm curious.

Are there instances that someone don't get RFE at all?

Also, what are the main reasons why interview is waived (is it only for K1 AOS applicants)? is it necessarily a good thing?

if you have all documents complete,you will not get RFE.i don't know about interviews been waived

Anybody getting a green card through marriage NEED to be interviewed. I am not sure about any other ways.
