USCIS had rejected my EAD 3 times because incorrect filing fee. But since applicants for adjustment of status don't have to pay for EAD they are who are making the mistake. So how is the process to prove them wrong!!! Please help because I need a job I'm supposed to have that document long time ago cuz I'm a may filer.

I would try to put a cover letter on the top with huge letters stating exactly why you do not owe fees. Start simple. Big letters "THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT REQUIRE A FEE BECAUSE:" with yellow highlight. Then small letters to explain.
