Receipt Notice not received for I-485, I-131 & I-765 from Dallas Lockbox

  • Receipt Notice not received for I-485, I-131 & I-765 from Dallas Lockbox

    I have sent my I-485, I-131 & I-765 forms along with required documents to USCIS Dallas Lockbox (PO Box 660867, Dallas, TX 75266) through USPS and was delivered on 10/16/2017.. But I have not received any receipt number/notice through email or at my home address yet. USCIS website state that Lockbox receipts should be delivered by 10 days which is already over.. I am concerned. Does anyone has similar situation recently?

    Ours was received on October 10, the information I saw online said if we didn't receive the receipt by November 9th to call Customer Service. (1-800-375-5283)

      problem is that I don't have the receipt no at all... thus, when I am calling that no they are transferring me to level-2 support and level-2 never calls me back...
      How did you know about your receipt numbers?

        Anybody knows how to contact level-2 customer service for USCIS? Level-1 support couldn't help me as I don't have the receipt numbers... They transferred me to level-2 customer service where I only have an option to schedule a call back... I tried it multiple days but never got a call back...

        Any suggestion would be appreciated...

          Finally my checks were cashed on 11/01/2017 (I got a text notification from my back at 6:06 AM)....
          All 6 receipt numbers (I-485, I-131 & I-765 for me and my wife) were received at my home address on 11/04/2017 through mail...

          Now, I have another problem... dear God, why always me?

          The receipt numbers provided by USCIS are not found in USCIS website online... Anybody faced similar situation like this?

            Me! All of my numbers never showed up on USCIS website but my green card is now in hand. It's a system glitch so don't worry too much. Good luck.

                  I received my receipt for I-485, I-765 and I-130
                  I did not receive a receipt for I-131.
                  1. Does this form produce a receipt ?
                  2. How can I confirm if the I-131 was received ?
