  • EAD waiters for August applications

I know this is early but I applied Aug. 22nd , got my notice on Aug. 29 and did biometrics on sept. 11. I applied through an attorney so i think I'm solid now . Who got a similar time-range ? And should i raise a pr or case status yet or refer to my district congressman yet or is it too soon ? Please give me your best answer because I'm stuck with about 4 job offers (pending i-9) and need to move in with my lovely wife and step-son soon as I can't do that without a job . Also if i decide to use a congress man , can it be with some other congressman in a different district than where i live? Thanks alot guys !!

Also , how should i handle dealing with my potential employers with my pending ead ?

P.S : I love the unity and contributions here . Let's stay together as one guys .

    My August Timeline

Here is my timeline if it helps:

    August 7th 2017 - I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent to USCIS (Chicago Lockbox) - overnighted via FedEx.
August 14th 2017 - E-notification of receipt of all applications, checks cashed
August 21st 2017 - Mail receipt received for all applications (PD of Aug 8th 2017)
August 25th 2017 - Biometrics appointment notice received in mail
    September 5th 2017 - Biometrics completed
September 9th 2017 - Request for Initial Evidence received in mail (regarding form I-864 as part of I-485)
October 4th 2017 - RFIE documents sent (Lee Summit, MO) - overnighted via FedEx.
October 6th 2017 - RFIE "received" and under review by USCIS (although this wasn't update online until Oct 18th)
October 18th 2017 - Case ready to be scheduled for an interview (although this wasn't updated online until Oct 20th)
October 23rd 2017 - Put a service request in over the phone for my 765/EAD application (77th day from original PD)
November 1st 2017 - New EAD card in production updated online
    November 2nd 2017 - Interview scheduled for Dec 12th 2017 updated online

It seems that by reading all the threads the EAD is taking up to the 90 day mark for everyone lately. I raised a service request over the phone on the 77th day (you can't raise a SR unless it has been at least 75 days). I'm not sure if my SR was what made the difference though, because when I log in online it still says its not assigned to anyone for processing, although my status changed that my new card is in production. I'm not sure how helpful a congressman would be unless its been outside the normal processing time (which is technically 90 days , but USCIS reserves the right to take longer).
