Hello guys,
My PD date is 08/22/17 processing at National Benefit Center.
I submitted a SR for my EAD Card, what does this mean?

"...your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number ..., is currently not assigned for processing."?

How many SR did you guys raise to finally get something out of USCIS?

Hope somebody can help me understand.

Did you mean case inquiry? I just did for my I-131 too. PD 08/30/2017

I put in a Service Request for my i131 and i765 on my 76th day.
I hope it could help speed up the process.

I called in and did one SR. It never got assigned, but it has now been approved. I dont think the website status updates are always accurate and up to date.

I have seen other people who have had to put in multiple SRs and speak to Congress reps. Hold in there, you'll get it. If you dont hear anything after 30 days, call back.

On our 76th day, october 23rd, i submitted an online SR for the I-765. My SR still says it has not been assigned to anyone. On October 27, i received text notifications, saying both I-765 and I-131 had been approved. And on October 30, I received actual approval notices in mail, and received the actual EAD/AP combo card in the mail Nov.2nd. Not sure how this process works. I have seen people submit SRs and contact their congressman/congress woman many times with no results. Some people have long waits, and luckily we didn't even have to make it to the 90th day mark. Best of luck!

First step is creating an account on uscis.gov. Easiest way is to go to uscis.gov, click on Check case status and then on the upper left hand corner you will see login or sign up. Click sign up. once you do, you will have an option to add cases to your dashboard. From there the receipt numbers turn into blue,
when you click on them, towards the bottom you will see any updates as far as case goes including SRs and their status.

So guys my PD is 09/05 I got a call back from Tier two officer regarding my EAD/AP and they said that because now USCIS timeline says working on case 15.Sep as of 30.Sep she will send a note to the officer working on my case that its outside normal processing times and will get back to me in 15 days NICE.
So the 75 days I would say dont count anymore since they take the processing time charts as *outside normal processing times*. On my online account it already shows the SR and I am on day 64 since case received.

oh man I still can not put a case inquiry on my I-765 which was received on 08/30/2017 same as my PD.

PD is short for priority date which is on the receipt of your I485.

I don’t understand why it says they’re working on September 15th cases, if August filers or before even didnt get theirs. They’re so messed up lol
