I don’t understand why it says they’re working on September 15th cases, if August filers or before even didnt get theirs. They’re so messed up lol

Hello guys,
My PD date is 08/22/17 processing at National Benefit Center.
I submitted a SR for my EAD Card, what does this mean?

"...your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number ..., is currently not assigned for processing."?

How many SR did you guys raise to finally get something out of USCIS?

Hope somebody can help me understand.
Thank you in advance, it's so frustrating.

My PD was 8/8/17
On 10/23/17 I put in a SR over the phone (77th day from PD)
On 11/01/17 it updated online that my card was in production
On 11/04/17 I got the same paper notice in the mail
On 11/09/17 I got the physical card in the mail. (this was day 93 from my PD)

The whole time thought my SR still shows online "Not assigned for processing". I don't think they update it in a timely manner. It means no one is looking at your SR yet. Clearly someone looked at mine though so I wouldn't get discouraged.
