  • 2 Eads, adjustment of status....timeline

I have a Daca Ead that will expire in May of 2019. I am currently adjusting status and have just received my C EAD (i filled out 765 just in case i needed to leave the country) but this one will expire in November of 2018. Any idea which card i should use with my current employer?

They currently have my DACA Ead. I think giving them my new EAD might potentially cause issuea since that one expires sooner and I really do not want to go into explaining why this and that. Its kinda none of their business i feel like as long as i have authorization to work.

    Anyone been in similar situation?

Keep using the old one (EAD).

You are already employed. You had authorization to work when you began your employment. Your employment authorization document is still valid. Everything else is none of your employers business
