Request for initial evidence (i-485)
Hi all,
I am sponsoring my wife (she came to the US as K1 visa) we got married and now I filled the adjustment of status for her.
I received the request for initial evidence (I-485) and I'm not sure what they are looking for exactly:
* the petitioner submitted form I864, affidavit of support; however, the names listed on Page 1 and Page 3 are not the same or page 1 and/or page 3 is blank. submit a complete and signed from I-864 (revision date of 07/02/2015) for the petitioner/spouse listed on form -130 or form I-129F.
I don't really know what they are looking for; I made sure that the form is complete.
Any help is greatly appreciate it.
