While the decission for my i-485 is pending, Can i apply I-485 for my family

Can someone help me.

My company is processing my GC while my family is in India.

They have filed I-140 in Nebraska Services Center.
Since their processing time is longer, they are planning to file for a AOS.

Now my question is, while this is underway and presume would take at least a year, I would like to bring my family to the US. next Year.

How can I do that? or Can I even do that?

They can file AOS if they are in the US. As for getting to the US, if you currently maintain H1b or L1 status, they can come on H4 or L2 visa, respectively, but they have to do it before your AOS is approved. Otherwise, they will have to do consular processing abroad after your AOS is approved.
