EAD and AP card mailed

So I received the confirmation letters that my I765 and my I131 has been approved however online says the ead card was mailed on January 24, 2018. 😩 I'm wondering how long that usually takes...

When they status changed to card being mailed sometimes it’s really not the actual date that they send ur ead. You can call uscis and ask for a tracking number tier1 will redirect your call to tier2 officer and they’ll be the one to give to the exact status of your card so as the tracking number.

No Biometric appointment letter yet

Hi, I got an online status update today that my case was being transferred to another office and we have sent you a notice explaining why. Has any other november filer from TSC heard something similar?
Still no biometric appointment for me. Raised an SR and got a reply that they will schedule and there's backlog but many people who have filed after me have had their biometrics done.

Nov 8: I-485 filed
Nov 14: Fingerprinting fee received
Jan 25: Case transferred to another office.

Receipt notice Letters received Nov 27
No Biometric appointment received yet. It's more than 70 days now. Raised an SR by calling USCIS helpdesk on Jan 25 and was told to wait for at least another 30 days.
Can someone suggest what other options do I have to get the biometrics appointment letter? I'm going crazy with such long wait as all others who had applied simialr time frame had got their biometrics

11/20/2017 Package sent to Dallas office via USPS
11/22/2017 Package received and signed, priority date on NOA

11/30/2017 received text and email receipt notice

I130 Case was received
I765 Case was received
I131 Case was received
12/02/2017 I 797C NOA received in the mail
Waiting now for bio appointment.

Mine is taking lil time, I guess.

Timeline

Submitted my I-485 application on November 2.
Case was transfered from CSC to NSC on November 21.
Received Biometrics Notice on December 15 for a December 28 appointment. Did a walk in on December 18(surprisingly I was the only applicant in there)
Today February 1, my status changed to "New Card is being produced".
Don't know if this precedes approval or if the case has been approved already.

I will strongly advise be truthful and straight forward. DO NOT lie. I do not live with my wife right now and that was not a problem. Just know some basic things and be truthful. I hope this helps.
