Hey, I filed the I-130 for my wife in November of 2017. Received the confirmation letter around the same time as you (12/8-12 ish). I have not heard anything back. My lawyer has told me that these cases tend to me examined on an individual basis and it really depends on the officer assigned. Anyone else on here filed for immediate relative?

    Hi jay,

Very interested in your experience as I am about 10/15 days ahead of your timing. I submitted my package on November 7th and got my EAD/AP card on Feb 26th. I'm also based in Miami.

Would be curious to see when our interviews are scheduled but from what I read, the Miami office is a long way behind on scheduling any interviews.

Those are the questions then he recommended us for approval. I hope that helps.

Anyone has this issue? Unable to check online status. RD is October and it is way beyond 45 days. Additionally, called the number 4 times, but never got a call back after being put on the call back list. Thoughts/suggestions?
