how to contact a congressman in Los Angeles

Hi everybody,
I am new to this forum. And I am reading your experiences. How can I get into contact with a congressman in LA?
My applications have been filed July 14th, I took biometrics Aug 30 but I have not received neither the work permit nor the AP. I have opened two SR.
Nothing.
