Sr not being assigned!! Aaaaarrrrggghhhh

Hi All,

So i have filed the I-485 along with all other documentation on 08/30/17 for my two children aged 1 and 4, have done biometrics etc.
I received a yellow notification in the mail that i will be receiving an RFE for my children's applications, i submitted vaccination records, didnt realise they ahd to do medicals. No Problem, i will have them done, no issue. Problem is online it says an RFE was mailed on October 3rd, haven't received any RFE's. I know they have my correct address, i received the yellow notifications.

First Child
October - Original RFE mailed on October 3rd
First SR - submitted on October 16th, never got assigned
Second SR - submitted on November 17th, stilln ot assigned

Second Child
October - Original RFE mailed on October 3rd
First SR - submitted on November 7th, still not assigned

USCIS said they did SR for both kids on the 16th October, but only one was done apparently, so now they are staggered.
Called and requested to talk to Tier 2, Tier 2 said they could put another SR in after 30 days for each child, that is it. I can do that myself online.

Problem is i have 84 days to respond to an RFE correct? I have done childrens medical exams etc and an waiting for the RFE's to arrive.
If i just keep putting SR's in and nothing gets done then the cases will just get denied for no response, what do i do?

What did the yellow notifications say? When we got the RFE it was yellow.

It was a notice to the applicant, just instructions saying you will receive an RFE in the mail. Have not received an actual RFE :-(
