Hi All,
I would truly appreciate if you could review the below and help me with your thoughts:
I am in the US on L1A Visa and I485 was submitted to USCIS in May 2017.
My EAD and Advance Parole have been approved . I have received a combo EAD card which is valid until Aug 2018. My I140 is also approved.
My L1A Visa is valid until Mar-2020 but PED (petition expiry date) mentioned in L1A Visa stamp in my passport is valid until mid of Feb-2018.
Hence given the scenario I wanted to check the below:
1) I am planning to go on vacation to India from Dec 5th and return to the US on Dec 28th . Is it ok to travel without extending my PED and especially when my PED is expiring in Feb 2018 . Few of my friends are suggesting not to travel in Dec as there might be questions at PoE during re-entry as my PED will be valid only for litte over a month.
2) Is is ok for an international travel when my I484 is still pending with the EAD/AP card?
3) Do I have to submit any documents to USCIS with the latest I94 date after I am back from the US ( for I 485 processing?)
