  • New York PD 9/15/2016 still no response

Hi guys I need your help!
I am filing from NY, here are my dates:

    PD is 9/15/2016.
    Interview was 1/8/2017

After the interview i had to wait almost 3 months for a RFE that i gave back on 31/10/2017.
Since then I didn't hear anything and nothing changed online. I can contact USCIS only after 60 days from the moment the officer see my response but apparently she didn't see it yet.
I am totally frustrated because is been more than 1 year and 3 months almost 4 after my interview.
I have a lawyer but they can't do anything until those 60 days pass. I already called the costumer service but of course they can't help.
I am seriously tired of waiting!

    Anybody in my situation???

My wifes priority date is 8/26/2015, interview was completed 1/07/16. Chicago Filer. We are still waiting on an answer. Its ridiculous. We have called, submitted several inquiries, only to be told they're still working through to consider our application.. We have now passed 2 years since we filed. We hired an immigration attorney who has requested assistance from the congressman, but we are still waiting for that to have any effect also. Everything we've tried, we receive the same response. Unfortunately all you can do is wait.

Yes, I have been waiting. Went to my interview and everything was good aside from an expired medical. I reached out to the congressman and they told them they have a tentative 2nd interview for January.

      Interview sep 22
      RFEnotice sep 28
New Medical was sent and received on the 29th.

I have been waiting since then.
And now a possible 2nd interview but not until January.
