Question for NOA of concurred filing
Originally posted by Hluu67 View PostMe too, wait for much.
My question to you is, I have filed for green card and EAD together in one file, and I have received only one receipt NOA back starting with MSC***, is it possible that they have not taken into consideration my application of EAD? or if you file concurring applications you just receive one NOA? Does anyone have an answer to this question?
Also, does anyone here know, how much time for EAD after they state that the "case is ready to be scheduled"?
My timeline so far:
11/20/17 - I-130 form sent individual
12/15/17 - I-485 & I-765 received from USCIS
12/19/17 - I received just one Notice of Action starting with MSC
01/27/17 - Biometrics appointment Done
04/29/17 - RFE for initial evidence received (for taxes purpose)
05/10/17 - Sent the additional evidence
05/14/17 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

That's awesome. Congrats! What does your i-485 status say on egov.uscis.gov website? I am stuck on this message for 6 weeks now. "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information" I called but I didn't get any useful information.
