Green Card received

Hi guys,
I received my Green Card yesterday.
Here is my timeline at Buffalo office.
12/19/17: application sent
12/22/17: notice date
1/5/17: notice for biometric
1/25/18: biometric
2/15/18: notice for interview on 3/26/18
3/26/18: interview. approved on the spot
Questions: how did we meet? when did we decide to be a couple? when did we start discussing about marriage?
Proposal? wedding? Picture.
3/27/18: sent date for /130 and I485 notice
3/30/18: received approval notice
4/4/18: received green card
I never received any notice about EAD and combo card, probably because I already has one as OPT F1.
I have a very pleasant experience, with less than 4 months after application.
I hope everyone will receive GC soon, and I wish you luck.

Congratulations! 12/22/2017 - 03/27/2018; 95 days. That's quite fast and consistent with the processing time listed for Buffalo, NY. 5 Months to 18 Months for Family-based adjustment applications. You were on F1 OPT. Thus, they've done checks on you before. You're in the system, etc. (Just guessing things that may make it go even faster). No RFEs.
May I ask, did you front-load your bona fide marriage evidence? In other words, did you send evidence of bona fide marriage with your AOS applications and did you send a lot of it?

Called them once and was told to wait and that it might take up to 21 months. Oakland Park seems to be waaay behind. People are waiting longer than a year.

Anybody from Oakland Park to share their experience??

Biometric date: January 4th.
EAD is pending since December 5th
I-485 "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" since January 18, 2018.
I'm on my OPT; My current EAD is valid till the end of May. :/

what is your field office? Any news on your case? my pd is 12/01 and case ready to be scheduled since beginning of January.

I'm also from OAKLAND PARK FL which I learnt is the SLOWEST field office. My PD is 12/18/2017, Biometrics done on 1/10/2018 and until now haven't got any update yet. I want to ask if the website will be updated before they send out the EAD? I'm waiting for the card to go back to my country to visit my family.

my status is still "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" and the other one is "Case Was Received". It's like that since the end of last year. No change. I've no idea what's going on.

And I've received a couple of email notice saying we are still reviewing your case and any update we will let you know. But so far no update. I guess different applicant got different situation for them to check which makes the time different. Hope I can get it approved soon. Why are you afraid of traveling out of the country?

Don't worry, I think you will be getting your card very soon. You applied a few weeks after me and if you didn't get an RFE you should be receiving your card soon. I have read and heard that you can travel but it is not suggested because the border control can decide not to let you back in the US. Also, please let me know if you get any news.

My online status also hasnt changed at all, so youre not the only one.
