I submitted I-130 petitions for both of my parents, where I had put my mailing address in Pakistan. The filing fee has been deducted from the bank account in September 2017, but I have not yet received an application receipt number or notice of action or any other information from USCIS in my mail. I sent an email to USCIS when I was told I will be contacted within 15 business days and its been over 20 days now. I wonder if USCIS send Application receipt numbers to overseas addresses. If the receipt number is lost in mail, what should I do. Is there anyone who can guide me regarding this issue?
