  • October Filer, RFE Help!

    10-25-17 Mailed I-130 (Married to USC), I-485, I-765
    10-27-17 Delivered (usps notified)
    11-06-17 Received emails and texts
    11-13-17 received I-797 in mail
    11-19-17 received Biometrics letter
    12-1-17 Biometrics appt completed
    12-4-17 RFE

    (Filing from Seattle)

I came to America when I was 3 and never left. All my travel documents (passport, I-94) were lost and never reported. Before filling out my apps, I submitted a FOIA request for I-94 and used that as proof of my entry but it didn’t work. An RFE was received yesterday and I have to submit my I-94. Today I mailed i-102 and fees for a replacement. My only issue is, I have 87 days to respond and I’ve read tons of stories where I-102 took months. I’m worried my application will get denied. What should I do?
