I-485 for parent

I applied the 485 in October last year.

Currently the processing date is applications from dec 2016.

The status for my application is still pending As

Fee recieved.

I opened a service request earlier this month and I recieved a generic message saying that due to workload factors our application is still pending.

Has anyone else being experiencing the same issue.

Did you already get your I-130 approval?
