Left at dock?

Hi, I sent my application to the address for UPS/Fedex listed on the USCIS website. I sent it through UPS yesterday. Today I checked its status and it says “delivered” and left at dock.

What does “left at dock” means? Is this normal?


I just double checked and it says received by Robinson.

yes this normal. Mine was left at dock too,i used UPS. UPS official told me that due to the security at the USCIS facility. Delivery trucks are especially Fedex,DHL and UPS leave packages meant for USCIS at the dock.
