receipt # not valid in uscis website

hi guys, its been over a month since my PD and already finished my biometrics. but until now, i can't check my case online. is there something wrong? how do i go about fixing it thank u

Mine either. And I believe most cases (if not all) after MSC1890143024 are not updated. It could be that the system is down, or uscis just got lazy over the holiday season. Either way, it definitely has nothing to do with you specifically. No worries!
