Hi all my 485 denied because my spouse had withdraw petition at the time of second interview. they separated us and he (us citizen) was threatened and he told its not a bonafide marriage.

Yesterday I got letter from uscis saying 485 is denied and leave country asap. I am in big depression dnt know what to do. i have below questions.

    1. I have Canada visiting visa. Can I travel to Canada in car and take admission in school in canada and again apply for us student visa(f1) is this possible?
as my 485 is denied as not bonafide usa will not give me any visa?

    2. Can I apply for usa tourist visa from canada?

    any one please help me

    thanks

So sorry that happened to you!! Why did your spouse do that??!! That puts you in such a horrible situation!!! Did you guys have arranged **** marriage??! Or he was just being mean?!! I dont think , they would grant you any visa, if you filed I 485 based on a lie!!! Thats crazy!! Did they deport you? If they deport you, why would they grant you visa? Just to tryvagain to falsely apply? I would get a good immigration lawyer!!! Really good one!! Best of luck!!

Is your marriage bona fide? if it is you should be refiling you AOS instead of canada dreams. If you leave you probably will never be allowed to come back.

so sorry to hear that,it happened to a friend of mine,he was to to leave the country but he still stayed and moved to another state,he got married again, had 3 lovely kids and reapply for a green card but uscis saw it in their record that he was told to leave so they denied him again and arrested him and deported him

Unfortunately, these days it is not enough to be married to a US citizen to get a green card. You have to be married to a US citizen who has the spine & courage to advocate for you

You should refile your adjustment paperwork before you are placed into removal proceedings

If your marriage is bonafide, you can refile again. if it isnt, just go to canada.

Because they denied you just leave for canada . You got their visa and you can go by car. If you hang around here you will complicate your life further. Good luck.

                Canada

You can go to Canada but don't expect to be allowed back. The chances of them approving you for any other type of visa is slim. So unless you plan to move to Canada then you really need to go to your home country.
This is my opinion not legal advice.
