I need your advise.
I married an Iranian girl and we did file write away. Dec 2015. I am US Citizen, born in america, we still didnt hear back for interview. I believe she is getting her 3rd EAD card and still no update . nothing. She followed up with congressman and they say background check is pending. She says she has a uniqe name and not a muslim name and. No crime ever.
What do you think!? Shall we do mandamus? Shall we just wait? What if we dont hear for interview another 2 year?
