I really need some help and advice please, I submitted all my documents along with my claim, including my decree absolute paperwork.

I have just received a letter saying the divorce documents aren’t acceptable as they are not signed by a judge.

All I have is a letter saying that a decree has been approved and it it stamped from Coventry crown court. I contacted the court and they say that is all I can get and that they don’t get a judges signature.

I’m very worried about this as if they won’t accept what English courts give out what can I do, both myself and my ex wife are re married so we are divorced and the courthouse had no problem with my documents when I got married.

    Please help

It was stamped, I’m not sure what you mean by certified ? It was an original document I got from the court.

The example at https://goo.gl/zY4H6H shows a decree absolute from the Nottingham Family Court signed by a "deputy district judge"

Are you able to get something like that?

That is exactly how mine is without the hand written parts. The judge that handled my divorce no long works for the court apparently, she moved to the old Bailey.
