Hi,
I am planning to apply for AOS for my mother. Her birth certificate shows her date as 11th march. But this is not correct. Her actual birth date is 10th march. Her passport and school leaving both are having correct birth date as 10th. What should we submit with I-485 in this case ? If RFE comes what we should be prepared to present as further evidence.
At this point Corporation is not ready to issue no record or any other document on the situation.
Someone mentions that we should submit affidavit from her relatives as parents are no longer alive with the correct birth date. What must be included in the affidavit ?
