i485 documents sent back for my daughter

My company had applied for my i140 EB1-C. Based on that applied i485+i765+i131 for myself, spouse, daughter and son. Daughter i485 3rd page was missing and rejected whereas for other three we were accepted and got BIO Metric schedule. Send the documents again for my Daughter (with third page) — now again they have sent back the entire document stating Priority Date cannot be established. Did send my i140 receipt copy (same I sent for my wife and Son). What am I missing.
