Got RFE for Affadvit of Supporr

I got an RFE for my I-485 asking to submit tax return for the most recent year. I know it was stupid of me for not doing that.

My only question is, will having the RFE affect my EAD process time? And this is a simple RFE for us to submit. Does it mean that this was the only thing wrong they saw in our paper work and there was nothing else?

Submit what they requested asap if u got it .when they receive it the process begins from there again

It says I have 84 days to submit. I will submit next week. Hope it won’t be long.

So my EAD timeline will start again even though my PD is November 8. That sucks.

My I140 PD was ported from old employer's I140.

The record establishes that you are the principal applicant of an Employment-Based (EB) form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust status. In order to continue processing of your case, you must submit a properly completed and signed supplement j, Confirmation of bona fide job offer or request for job portability under INA section 204(j), showing that the offer of intended permanent employment as stated in the form I-140 immigration petition continues to exist or that you intend to port to a new offer of employment in the same or similar occupational classification as the job specified in the underlying Form I-140
